Proverbs 30:
“7 Two things I ask of you; deny them not to me before I die:
8 Remove far from me falsehood and lying; give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with the food that is needful for me,
9 lest I be full and deny you and say, “Who is the Lord?” or lest I be poor and steal and profane the name of my God.”

Lord, this is my prayer. i know how quickly pride can drop in and pervert my version of the truth. i pray that You’ll protect the truth within me at all times! What an amazing request! Lord, i’m depending on You to give me Your wisdom so i don’t cause people to fall. Also, please give us enough money to live in a way that we can glorify You most effectively! i love You!

Proverbs 29
verse 18 says “Where(AA) there is no prophetic vision the people(AB) cast off restraint,[c]
but blessed is he who(AC) keeps the law.”

or better known as, “Without a vision, people perish.”

Lord, this sums up very well what i look like when i am not fed by Your word. It causes me to perish. Lord, i pray that You will give me the passion and fervor to do my quiet time, NO MATTER WHAT! You said ask and it will be given… This cannot be be a bad answer to my prayer… You also said that how will You not give us good things, if even our father’s know how to do it. Lord, thank You for my quiet time today. Now i pray You’ll give me a boost this week to get done all things that i need to. Thank You so much for letting me sing! Talk about an answer to prayer! Now i pray that You’ll use me to lead the people in worship, and that it would not be about me, but about You! And please help it to stay that way! Lord, i love You so much! Help my meeting with Dave to go well! i love You!

Proverbs 27

Lord, help me! Why can’t i make getting up a priority? The first thing to go is always my quiet time and especially journaling! Lord, i pray that You’ll help me today, help training to go really well. i pray You’ll help Keith feel better. i love You!

Matthew 7

Lord, thank You for all the work that’s been done on the Harbor Cafe. Please bless everyone’s hands as they continue to work on it, and help them to treat as if they are working for You! i pray that You’ll help them clean it up nice and do some nice touch up so that it really looks clean and tight! i pray for Keith and Mitch that You would give them supernatural strength to finish it and that Keith would not be messed up by it. i pray that You’ll bring the funding that we need at GC. Thank You for what You showed me at Elevation on Sunday. i pray You’ll help me to put it into practice and to be willing to fail! Lord, i love You so much and just want to please You. Now i pray You’ll rejuvenate me and give me the energy i need to work today. Help me to get Jim Stephens website done, and Lord, i pray that it’ll be used to get favor with men, so that i can get more work off of it! Lord, i pray You’ll help me to bring You glory today! i love You!

Proverbs 18

Lord… i feel like i’m spinning out of control!!!! aaah! Please help me to stop spinning and get centered on You! You are why i do all these things! You are the Beginning and the End! You are the motive and the reward! Lord, i just want to remember that. and..

Very cool. Lord, thank You for even giving me the opportunity to do all these things for Your church and Your people. It is so much more rewarding working in this environment. i pray that You’ll bless the rest of the process to get us into the Harbor Cafe. It seems like there is an overwhelming amount of negativity, and i just pray that you’ll difuse that! Thank You again. Please bless me and my work today. Proverbs 17

God, thank You so much for my accountability meeting with Dave yesterday. i thought i learned a lot, and knew what to do, but Meagan i think provided more wisdom for me. i pray that You’ll help me to know what to do, and say, and that i’ll say it how You want me to say it. Please give me grace for the situation. Please help me to be a good sponsor for Daniel today, and thank You also for the opportunities i had with both Ryan and David after playing poker both nights. It’s times like those that i really feel You have your hand in my life. That is very cool to me! Please help me to stay focused so i can do my work efficiently.

Thanks for a great meeting with Daniel! Thank You for giving me the words to say to him. i pray that You’ll help him to overcome these issues with Marsha, and i pray that at the same time, she would soften! Lord, i love those guys so much and i just pray that You’ll help them to prosper! i know they are trying to do what You would have them to do, and You offer a lot of promises to people who are trying to do what You ask! i pray that You’ll bless them financially so that they can and will pay down debt. Thank You Lord. i love You!

Proverbs 12:
Lord, i am definitely convicted this morning about my conditional fatherhood and how if either Mia is liking me at the time, or i have the extra time is when i choose to devote time to her… right now, really neither one is happening & i’m just not devoting time to her. Lord, i pray that You’ll help me to remember that my family is my first priority. Also, please help me with living with Kellie, Cindy, and Vic. i don’t know why but it’s so hard right now! Please help me with my issues, so i’m not such a butt to live with. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to live with them. Please help me stay thankful for it! Lord, Keith asked me to pray about being the ministry head… Wow! Lord, i know i don’t feel qualified, but i also know that that’s usually a good quilification! Please give me peace one way or the other. Thank You for bringing Rich and Katrina into the picture to hopefully take over the training. That to me is a pretty clear sign, but i still want to be sure, and not rush into it incorrectly. i pray that You’ll help me to be impactful there, and that You’ll equip me and get the glory. i love You.

Proverbs 11:

You said whoever seeks to do good will gain favor, and i think whoever seeks favor will find evil or something like that. All i know is that when in focus on finding favor with man, things go awry, but when i focus on You and what You would have me to do, things seem to work out alright! Lord, i thank You for what You’re doing in my life. i pray for the Harbor Cafe Project, that You will bless it and help it finish speedily and with great craftmanship! i pray that it’ll be all the way done by the time we open on Easter, so that we have a greater chance of reaching more people and grabbing them! Thank You for what GC is doing. Thank You for Troy and Keith and the ministry and leadership that they provide. Thank You for bringing me through all my CR junk so that i can trust their leadership! Lord, i love You, and i really want to serve You and be satisfied in You. Thank You. Oh, and please help me to find the Master Suite software for a reasonable price! Thank You for Your provision!

Proverbs 10

Lord, in Proverbs 10 you talk about being careful about words, and holding my tongue. Thank you so much for what you have done for me and helping me to hold my tongue. i pray that You’ll help me to get these websites done, and i pray that You’ll help me not to have anxiety. Thank You for giving me the opportunity to sponsor Daniel! i pray that You’ll help me to hold my tongue with him also, and please let me be helpful to him! Thank You so much for how my life is going right now! Please help me to be the man of God, that i know You want me to be, and that i want to be. Thank You for everything! Please help me to look to You today, and do what You would have me do! i love You!

Proverbs 3-5

Lord, thank You for Proverbs… If it wasn’t for Proverbs, what would i be like? Lord, thank You for all that You are doing in me! Thank You for the opportunity to sing tonight! Please help me to do a great job, and to remember that ultimately, i’m trying to lead others in worship! Please help me to not be nervous, and just sing for You! Please give me wisdom and patience with Guy… i don’t know why, but he just frustrates me. Help me to do the right thing with him. Lord, i love You! Please help me to be productive today!
